CAPTRON Jobs & careers

Employees are our main force.

We are a modern, medium-sized family-run company and since 1983 we have been combining tradition with a high level of quality, flexibility and innovation as well as a global presence. At two sites in Germany and China with over 100 employees, CAPTRON is a well-known manufacturer of innovative, capacitive sensors, optical sensors and complete control systems for a very wide range of industries and areas of use such as the automation industry, traffic and transport, building engineering and much more.

Success to us means healthy, sustainable growth because we want to stay true to our roots: at CAPTRON we are open and fair to each other at every level of the hierarchy.

„Regardless of our workload we will always remain true to our roots. We are a family-run company and as such we regard ourselves as a caring company and our jobs as part of our lives. Together we will build up CAPTRON to a place where everybody can feel comfortable.“

Personnel management

In our HR policy, too, we strive for continuity by means of targeted encouragement with individually tailored training courses and regular meetings with all of our workforce. This enables our employees to take on responsibility at an early stage to ensure them the best possible promotion opportunities within our company. Because motivated, committed employees are our most valuable asset.

Are you fascinated by our products, innovations and latest technologies? Then you have come to exactly the right place – regardless of where you are in your career!

We offer a very wide range of starting opportunities depending entirely on you. Both experienced staff and young professionals, who are planning the next step in their career and are looking for a new challenge, will find plenty of opportunities with us.

At CAPTRON we offer our employees interesting work on products and a modern workplace in an upcoming company focused on growth.

We offer young people an opportunity to familiarise themselves with our company and "get their hands dirty" when they are planning their career. For example, if you are committed starter or graduate, you can take on responsibility from the very beginning to put into practice what you have learned.

As a student you can obtain deep insights into the practical side of work by completing an internship. We also offer apprenticeships and training places to schoolchildren, who either first want to find their feet or who want to get started on their dream job straight away.
