Our in-house fitness area at the headquater in Olching provides state-of-the-art equipment. For a small fee, employees can work out there before or after work from Monday to Friday. In addition, we offer daily 5-minute flexibility exercises to promote the health of our employees.
We are all aware that after we retire the statutory pension will not be sufficient to achieve the income we currently receive. In order to help our employees, we support them from the 7th month of employment with an employer participation scheme. You can choose between the classic investment form of capital-forming benefits or a conversion to a employer-founded pension scheme.
