New CANEO Products at all about automation Chemnitz

News 08/17/2026: CAPTRON will be exhibiting at all about automation in Chemnitz on September 23–24, 2026. Visit us in Hall 1, Booth 214, where we will showcase our HMI solutions, optical sensors for high-precision TCP calibration, and capacitive control technology. We will also exclusively present the latest products from the CANEO HMI family.

Flexible HMI Solution with CANEO series4x

The IO-Link version of CANEO series4x can be flexibly configured for a wide range of applications. Touch sensitivity, activation mode, minimum activation time, and illumination color can all be customized. The LED ring offers approximately 16 million colors, and selected versions are also available with a 7-segment display.

Automatic Tool Measurement for UR Cobots

Our TCP laser measurement units enable precise tool measurement with a repeatability of 0.01 mm. Combined with our URCap software, tool tips can be automatically monitored and corrected. Typical applications include dispensing, gluing, and welding processes.

safeCAP for Safe Two-Hand Control

Our capacitive safeCAP two-hand control combines safe machine operation with force-free activation. Both buttons must be activated simultaneously, helping prevent incorrect operation and unintentional triggering. The current SC3x series is certified in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1 and EN ISO 13851 and provides clear visual feedback via LEDs.

New Products from the CANEO Family

In Chemnitz, we will also present the latest products from our CANEO series5x. The new series is available in both display and pushbutton versions, with Single-Touch, Duo-Touch, and Multi-Touch variants.
