The oneGRID Pick-Acknowledge Units

A central element of oneGRID is the Pick-Acknowledge Unit, a robust switch that is protected against extreme demands. It operates according to the capacitive measuring principle and thus triggers once touched. An integrated LED display or corresponding symbols show the picker how many parts need to be removed during picking.

Thanks to its additional LED ring, the work of up to seven employees can be efficiently coordinated using colour codes. All functions relating to display and colour reproduction can be easily adapted to specific requirements in the warehouse. The Pick-Acknowledge Units connected to the SensorHub control unit via a ring connection configure themselves automatically via the network.
