The newest generation of capacitive two-hand controls
The SC3x series is the newest generation of the proven CAPTRON safeCAP two-hand controls and the direct successor to the SC4 series. It has been specially developed for applications where maximum safety, ergonomic operation and long-term reliability are required - such as punching machines, presses and other machines with a high risk of injury.
Force-free operation - noticeable relief for employees
Thanks to capacitive sensor technology, no pressure is required - actuation is force-free. This reduces strain on the wrists and noticeably improves ergonomics. It can also be operated reliably when wearing work gloves.
Extremely durable and robust - no failures, no replacement necessary
The buttons are fully encapsulated (IP68) and therefore protected against water, oil, dust and impact. The sensor technology is wear-free and designed for several hundred million switching cycles - ideal for continuous industrial use. Maintenance effort? Practically zero.
