CANEO series5x Touch Display: Status and Process Values Right Where You Operate

News 03.11.2026: CAPTRON introduces the CANEO series5x Touch Display: the robust, compact and cost-efficient alternative to conventional HMI industrial displays. In one compact device, it combines a 5-digit display, a 360° RGB LED ring with 32 LEDs and IO-Link. Status and process values appear exactly where operation takes place – right at the point of operation in industrial automation and logistics.

Fewer trips, fewer components, more space on the panel

In many systems, the switch is mounted on the machine while the display sits several feet away. Anyone adjusting a value has to press, look over, correct, and look again. The CANEO series5x Touch Display brings operation and display together. You press and see the value change at the same moment. This saves trips, components, and valuable panel space.
 

Four variants: Single-, Duo-, and Multi-Touch Display

• series50 Touch Display (Single-Touch)
  A compact RGB industrial display with one touch area. Ideal for simple confirmations, start/stop, or acknowledgment functions where a value or status should be shown directly at the point of operation.
  
  Can also be operated without IO-Link.
   
• series52 Duo-Touch Display
  A display and two independent touch areas in one device: control forward and reverse or start and stop while seeing the current value at the same time. Saves space and reduces wiring effort.
  
  Can also be operated without IO-Link.
   
• series53 Multi-Touch Display
  A display and three touch areas in one device: ideal for extended operating sequences such as start, stop, reset, or program selection, with process values shown directly.
   
• series54 Multi-Touch Display
  A display and four touch areas in the most compact format of the series. Maximum functionality with minimal space requirements: fewer individual components, and operation stays clear on the panel because switches and display sit in one place.
   

All variants are capacitive, rugged, waterproof, and impact-resistant, can be operated with gloves, and can be precisely customized via IO-Link (colors, lighting behavior, sensitivity, and display content).
