Philip Bellm is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CAPTRON, where he has been a managing partner since 2016, carrying the family tradition into the second generation.

A born IT- and technology-enthusiast, Bellm has grown along with CAPTRON in a variety of roles at the company. He has spent time in diverse departments since the year 2000, all while completing his business administration degree on the side. Starting in 2006, he spearheaded the design and improvement of the current SENSORswitch product generation as Product Manager. In 2011, Bellm took over as Sales Director, where he has focused on expanding the sales base and internationalizing the company’s business.

To further sharpen the vision of the company and strengthen CAPTRON’s strategic positioning, he established the brand CAPTRON Solutions in 2021, adding custom software development and integration, process support (lean management) and project management to CAPTRON’s existing sensor technology service portfolio (CAPTRON Technologies).

Hohenadl

Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Albrecht Hohenadl has been part of the management team at CAPTRON since May 2021, and as of January 1st, 2022, he has taken over the roles of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In addition, he is responsible for the Asia Pacific region as Executive Director APAC.

Albrecht Hohenadl began his career in 2003 at a Munich SDAX group, where he held various key positions in Japan, the Philippines and China. Before joining the management team at CAPTRON, Hohenadl managed the entire Asia Pacific business of a Munich-based global market leader specialized in engineering services. Hohenadl studied communication science in Munich and Tokyo and obtained an MBA from Regis University Colorado. Thanks to his many years of experience in international business as well as in various management positions, he is ideally suited to help guide CAPTRON on its continued path of expansion.
